The hotel is really amazing. They have 4 bars (apart from the main restaurant) where u can order any drinks you want. Also, I like that on the beach u can order drinks and food through a QR code and the personnel will deliver it to u within a few mins. The personnel were amazing and very helpful, they were greeting us every time and offered help. We stayed 6 nights there and the hotel gave us an opportunity to have dinner in one of the a la carte restaurants for free!! So we could enjoy 1 free dinner :) It was an amazing surprise!

Your professional, kind, and dedicated staff truly made our vacation unforgettable. A very special thank you to the Kids Club team for their outstanding care and attention to the children from morning until 10 PM. My son Süleyman absolutely loved spending time with them from morning till night without ever getting bored! I would especially like to thank Ms. Melek Kardaş, Ms. Sezen Bayraktar, and Ms. Cansu, along with the rest of the amazing ladies whose names I, unfortunately, cannot recall — every single one of you was wonderful. Also, a huge thanks to the male entertainment team who organized the magic shows and fun activities for the kids — you truly added joy and special memories to our holiday. From the warm and professional service to the delicious and varied food, the extremely comfortable beds, and the wonderfully soundproofed rooms (we couldn’t hear any noise from the neighbors — thank you for that extra comfort!), everything was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent — right in the city center with a private beach, and the free daily transfers and unlimited entrance to The Land of Legends park for the kids made it even more exceptional. We had an amazing holiday at your beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it to everyone. It’s an experience like no other, and we are truly grateful for everything.
