We are a group of four families. The staff was extremely nice, the service is excellent, it worth the value of paying. All inclusive with many pampering things to do. They even extended 2 out of four rooms till 6:00 pm because our flight was late at night.

The hotel is really amazing. They have 4 bars (apart from the main restaurant) where u can order any drinks you want. Also, I like that on the beach u can order drinks and food through a QR code and the personnel will deliver it to u within a few mins. The personnel were amazing and very helpful, they were greeting us every time and offered help. We stayed 6 nights there and the hotel gave us an opportunity to have dinner in one of the a la carte restaurants for free!! So we could enjoy 1 free dinner :) It was an amazing surprise!

It was a great vacation with great assistance during the staying. The hotel created a WhatsApp group to make it easier to communicate. This was very helpful.

Very good common spaces open air, good swimming pool, good common areas in the garden, nice bars and restaurants. The food at buffet was really good, always with a big choice. The hotel has a great view, if choosing sea view rooms, and in 5-10 mins you can reach the private beach thru a lift and a little walk. Service is good, also in the private beach. Wi fi is working great, meeting service and service in the spa and hammam are good. I suggest to choose the all inclusive rate.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Rixos Hotel as the overall experience surpassed my expectations. The staff members were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to assist. I am particularly grateful to Bella Hiasat and, in particular, Anastasia Shaydulina for their exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. Their initiative to establish a WhatsApp group greatly facilitated communication and ensured that my requirements were met promptly. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel became even more memorable.

Dear Rixos Downtown Antalya Team, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for the incredible service and wonderful hospitality we experienced during our stay at your hotel. Your professional, kind, and dedicated staff truly made our vacation unforgettable. A very special thank you to the Kids Club team for their outstanding care and attention to the children from morning until 10 PM. My son Süleyman absolutely loved spending time with them from morning till night without ever getting bored! I would especially like to thank Ms. Melek Kardaş, Ms. Sezen Bayraktar, and Ms. Cansu, along with the rest of the amazing ladies whose names I, unfortunately, cannot recall — every single one of you was wonderful. Also, a huge thanks to the male entertainment team who organized the magic shows and fun activities for the kids — you truly added joy and special memories to our holiday. From the warm and professional service to the delicious and varied food, the extremely comfortable beds, and the wonderfully soundproofed rooms (we couldn’t hear any noise from the neighbors — thank you for that extra comfort!), everything was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent — right in the city center with a private beach, and the free daily transfers and unlimited entrance to The Land of Legends park for the kids made it even more exceptional. We had an amazing holiday at your beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it to everyone. It’s an experience like no other, and we are truly grateful for everything.
