We are a group of four families. The staff was extremely nice, the service is excellent, it worth the value of paying. All inclusive with many pampering things to do. They even extended 2 out of four rooms till 6:00 pm because our flight was late at night.

The hotel is really amazing. They have 4 bars (apart from the main restaurant) where u can order any drinks you want. Also, I like that on the beach u can order drinks and food through a QR code and the personnel will deliver it to u within a few mins. The personnel were amazing and very helpful, they were greeting us every time and offered help. We stayed 6 nights there and the hotel gave us an opportunity to have dinner in one of the a la carte restaurants for free!! So we could enjoy 1 free dinner :) It was an amazing surprise!

It was a great vacation with great assistance during the staying. The hotel created a WhatsApp group to make it easier to communicate. This was very helpful.

Very good common spaces open air, good swimming pool, good common areas in the garden, nice bars and restaurants. The food at buffet was really good, always with a big choice. The hotel has a great view, if choosing sea view rooms, and in 5-10 mins you can reach the private beach thru a lift and a little walk. Service is good, also in the private beach. Wi fi is working great, meeting service and service in the spa and hammam are good. I suggest to choose the all inclusive rate.

I had an amazing experience at Rixos Downtown! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is great — close to both the city center and the beach, yet quiet enough to relax. The pools and spa area were also exceptional. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Variety of options On site meal preparation eg Omelettes and Shahshukas Each and every dish was outstanding and made with care. Desserts were one of the best I ever had elsewhere.
